Lex is a multifaceted healer and student of esoteric practices for more than a decade. She is passionate about weaving somatic and energetic practices to ignite the innate healing system within. Through her method of blending modalities she guides others to unveil one’s truth, pleasure and wisdom. Facilitating circles with others is a deep joy for her.

Thirteen years ago Lex went off birth control pills as it was causing extreme depression and mood swings and then was diagnosed with PMDD . She immersed herself in connecting with her bleed and becoming in tune with each phase. Our bodies are filled with an innate wisdom we all have access to. Lex is energized to share these accessible healing practices with people to live a more freeing life connected with nature.

Malia's passion is exploring the intricacies of the human body while acknowledging all the ways in which we can self-heal. In 2013, her passion led her to India where she discovered one of the oldest healthcare systems in the world, Āyurveda. Āyurveda is the deepest construct in embodying overall health and well-being. Malia is a Women's Ayurvedic Practitioner and AyurvedicPost-partum doula. Along with Āyurveda, she incorporates other modalities such as yoga, Arvigo's Maya Abdominal Therapy (womb massage), womb wisdom, cacao, and herbalism. She has facilitated events for embracing the feminine, red tents, and retreats for women in Colorado. Malia's purpose is to guide women back into the wisdom of their bodies, creating space for limitless transformation and healing.
