Thought Field Therapy Tapping

or TFT, is a therapeutic technique, also known as a tapping technique used to help treat phobias, anxiety, trauma, loss, anger, or guilt. It is usually used with other modalities and can be taught as a self help tool, making it an accessible somatic practice.

The person thinks about the negative thought or feeling, in a safe and caring environment, while tapping on acu-points(meridian/energy spots on the body) eliciting the relaxation response. The negative feeling, emotion, or memory then collapses the negative coding and the thought or feeling is then paired with a neutral feeling. The memory is not gone but the charge to the memory or problem is gone.

TFT can be infused in any somatic and spiritual healing session. The tapping sequences are emailed for you to continue this healing modality on your own!
